Brouchier Close is now in the final phase as we await the completion of the landscaping. Architecturally a modern residential home which has been designed to maximise on the views over Sevenoaks and the Weald. The project overall included the demolition of existing house and construction of new build property. The scope of the work included a basement structure, timber frame and all internal and external finishing works.
Demolition works took place in early 2020. Following a difficult design process due to the nature of the land and space between the neighbours property and a tree with a TPO, construction started on the basement on early 2021. The timber frame is due to be delivered and installed in September 2021, with completion scheduled for late 2021.
