Project Overview

Francis Cottages is a refurbishment we started in late in 2020. The property was dated and need a full refurbishment throughout. We renovated the whole house including bathroom, kitchen and landscaping, using neutral colour schemes and design throughout as the property will be used as a long term rental.

Design and Build Kent renovated this charming 2 bedroom, end of terrace Cottage, located in the picturesque Village of Hildenborough. The renovation showcases the wealth of original period features throughout. The property benefits from off road parking and stunning views over open farmland. This project was complete in early 2021 to a high standard, with a very happy client and delighted tenants secured on a long term lease.
